How does our organization build up?
There are 3 permanent working groups, besides, every time we’re organizing an event a group’s being formed (project working group), with the task to prepare and manage the given event. Every working group is having a weekly meeting in our office.
What are the permanent working groups and what are their tasks?

- International Politics: debates, social commentary movies, lectures, diplomacy, protocol, negotiation skills trainings
How can I actively join in the work?
Come to our office, feel free to ask which events we are organizing right now, where is some help needed. Then come to our meeting, and if you like it, take on small or even bigger tasks (e.g. contacting restaurants and organizing accommodation, finding partners, designing PR-material.) Moreover, take part at our numerous social events we’re organizing. The freshmen’s camp, which is organized twice a year, is also a great chance to join in to the life of the organization.
Which foreign events can I take part in?
There are international events constantly, at any time of the year organized by foreign, similar student organizations. The most popular, the 2-week-long summer universities in 40 countries of Europe but several other events are being held, on which our members gladly take part in, so we are being represented in an event somewhere in Europe at almost every week. You can get up-to-date information about these events at www.aegee.org/events.
What requirements are there for taking part in the foreign events?
The only prerequisite is to be an official member of our organization. You don’t need prior experience or you don’t have to match any other criteria. After you chose an event to attend to, you’ll need to write a cover letter through the online system and in a few weeks it will turn out whether you can start packing!
