• The meetings take place at the AEGEE-Budapest office every Wednesday at 7:30 pm. (Corvinus University of Budapest, office no. 9, ground floor, Fővám tér 8, district IX.)

The PR Working Group provides a great opportunity for those who would like to experience how the Public Relations function works in a youth NGO.

The members are not only handling operative tasks but they also shape the PR strategy and objectives of the organization in cooperation with the board.

The tasks of the PR WG are the following.

• Recruitment of new members
• Communicating with the members of the organisation and the media
• Promotion AEGEE events

What makes the PR function of AEGEE particularly important is that it supports the HR Working Group responsible for organizing events. It also assists the FR Working Group in communicating with corporate and other partners.

Besides the experimental, informal learning, the members also attend trainings where they obtain adaptable knowledge which they can use later on.
